Entry: site-specific risk assessment

URI: https://data.geoscience.earth/ncl/misc/366

Minimum threshold concentrations for soil and (ground)water that are modelled using the site’s own conceptual model to determine which thresholds would result in an acceptable level of exposure to receptors considering the pathways known to exist on the site. May be called for after generic quantitative risk assessment has indicated the need for further evaluation or at an earlier stage where the risk assessor is aware that the site context differs markedly from the basis on which generic threshold values were calculated.
